Each day we have made commitments and do our best to hold to them. We commit to our family. We commit to our work. We commit to getting through the day. We commit to obligations, but do we commit to passion and desire? Do we commit to living our best life? Or do we commit to the life that everyone else wants us to live? Do we commit to ourselves?
Moving forward, I invite you to commit to YOU by:
Writing a bucket list of things you would like to do in this lifetime. It can be big or small things. It could be something you can do today or something that might take place in 10 years, but fill your heart with possibilities of what makes you soar and commit to seeing the possibility in them. Here is my bucket list.
Seeing the good in your obligatory commitments for when you see the good, the obligation becomes easier and more fun.
Taking time out for YOU each day. Even if your day is busy, give yourself five minutes of quiet time to regroup and put your best foot forward again. Breathe deeply, smile, laugh, and allow for stillness.
Mostly, my wish for you this week is to be committed to showing up each day as your best self and shining bright. When you are happy, life becomes easier, brighter, more fun, and the possibilities for a bigger and better life are shown to you as you are in the space to receive it.
Until next time, I’m committed to seeing you shine bright; how about you?
I am committed to living and LOVING life to the fullest.
