Do you think before you react? Do you focus on solutions or do you focus on problems? Do you focus on what you want in your life, or do you focus on what you don’t want? Thoughts are powerful, especially if they are running on repeat in your head telling you that you are not enough.

Moving forward, when fear-based thoughts arise, and they will, thank them for showing up to remind you to focus on gentleness, kindness, compassion, and love. Like most things in life worth having, it requires diligent practice to harness your thought . Having a peace of mind, peace in your heart, and in your body are so worth paying attention to what you are thinking, speaking, and acting upon.
