Have you ever heard the saying “the sky’s the limit?” That seems to mean that you have every opportunity in the world to create the life of your dreams, right? It absolutely means that, however, with the caveat of how high is the ceiling of your sky. Is your sky sunny and bright, or possibly filled with grey ominous clouds looming over you?
The view of your sky is directly related to whether you focus on love or fear. We all have loving thoughts and we all have fearful thoughts, so why do some people easily reach for the stars and beyond, while others seem to live with a rain cloud overhead? The difference between the sunny skies or the gray skies is how much time you spend in a loving space or a space filled with fear. Do you say here we go again with fearful thoughts? Or do you allow fear to be a spring board into a better feeling place?
If you are currently facing overwhelming challenges in your life, you’re likely feeling boxed in, constrained, and stuck. Fear has got such a tight grip on you that you don’t even have an umbrella on the rainy days allowing the fear feelings to repeat, grow, and continue.
If you are currently living a dream life, you’re likely feeling elated, blessed, everything always works out for you, and you couldn’t be happier if you tried. Love is all around you from the sunrise, birds chirping, loving family and friends, to simply enjoying all of your experiences.
I imagine most of you are somewhere between bliss and terror and potentially experience love and fear each day. It’s important to understand that you can’t experience love and fear at the same time. When you are focusing on loving thoughts, you are in a loving space. When you are focusing on fearful thoughts, you are in a fearful space. By cherishing the love in your life, it expands. By being gentle and understanding with the fear in your life, it dissipates. Each moment allows you the opportunity to reach for a better feeling thought.
Moving forward, I invite you to raise the roof on your sky by:
Being gentle with yourself, others, and the world by understanding your contrasting experiences allow you to become clearer on what you do want in your life. Without seeing what you don’t want, how would you truly know what you do want.
Laughing a lot as laughter truly is the best medicine. It’s such a release of good energy, you are bound to be floating skyward quickly.
Loving the journey of life by being grateful and appreciative of all your experiences as each one has brought you to who you are – an amazing unique person. It’s YOU that makes others smile, laugh, love, feel safe, and appreciate life even more because you are in it.
Mostly, I wish you a week filled with love, laughter, health, peace, and joy allowing you to soar high into the limitless skies.
Until next time, reach for the stars, jump from cloud to cloud, and be the light in your life.
I am in the process of allowing myself to shine bright and live a life filled with miracles and amazing dreams.
