I believe that the world is filled with billions of people just like me who want to be loved and love, to be seen and see, and to know they matter in this world. I believe that far more kindness exists in the world than conflict. I believe that love is the answer.
Now, those are my positive beliefs that I hold close to my heart. These beliefs are there for me to lean on when fearful thoughts pop into my head that question my beliefs. Fearful thoughts that question my worthiness of my beliefs.
What you believe is true for you. Ask yourself, do my beliefs enhance or detract from my life? Do my beliefs make me feel good or feel bad? When we are aware of how our beliefs make us feel, then we can make any adjustments that will help us focus on believing in living our best life.
For the next week, I invite you to believe:
That goodness not only prevails but it’s also prevalent. Although news and social media may focus on fear based stories, know that is a small microcosm of our world citizens. Believe in goodness.
In focusing on what you want in your life, what you are passionate about, what makes you come alive rather than focusing on what you don’t want — even if you are currently experiencing what you don’t want. Believe in your dreams.
Mostly my wish for you is to believe in yourself. Believe that you deserve to be happy, healthy, and prosperous. Believe that you deserve to be loved. Believe that the Universe is conspiring for your greatest good and allowing it to unfold with grace, ease, and in perfect timing. Believe in YOU!
Until next time, I believe, do you?

“For those who believe, no proof is necessary. For those who don’t believe, no proof is possible.”

“Beliefs have the power to create and the power to destroy. Human beings have the awesome ability to take any experience of their lives and create a meaning that disempowers them or one that can literally save their lives.”
