I’m in Key West right now and didn’t plan ahead to have a blog ready for sending, so I’ll leave you with a short one today – yet still hopefully thought provoking on ideas to live your best life with.
When I think of relationships in my life that go well, or I should say go the way I hope them to go, it’s because I can feel their love as they can feel mine. We all show love in different ways along with different perspectives from our own personal background. So rather than thinking he/she doesn’t love you, it’s quite possible they love you in the way they are able to love you.
Now with that said, if the way they love doesn’t uplift and inspire you to be your best, then you get to choose how much of a role they play in your life. It can be sending them love from afar and not participating at all. It can be you limit your time with them. Or it can be that you choose to continue to have them as a big part of your life knowing they are giving what they have the ability to give.
So moving forward, I invite you to give and receive love by…
Knowing you are loved just simply for who you are. Others in your life are there to enhance it. They don’t make you worthy of love, but they can enhance the love within if you are able to feel and appreciate the way they show love.
Being gentle with yourself and for those in your life whether they are your easy relationships or your challenging ones. We all see life from a different lens because of our backgrounds, so be gentle when they aren’t showing up the way you need them to…AND be gentle with yourself when you aren’t showing up the way you want to.
Mostly, my wish is for you to realize you are worthy of living boldly, loving deeply, laughing loudly, hugging intently and smiling brightly.
Until next time, be loving, be kind and be courageous.
I am loved and loving. I am loved and loving. I am loved and loving.
