do you give it your all?

Do you give YOU your all? I bet we are very similar. We want to give and receive love. We want to know we matter. We want deep connections with others. We want to feel safe and secure. We want good health, meaningful work, financial security, and to wake up each day with the person we love most in the world.

We know what we want, or at the least we know how we want to feel, that is happy, safe, and loved. Yet do we give our all in achieving our wants, our dreams, and our passions?

Do we focus on our dreams and see them coming true and truly appreciate the journey? Or do we see a perceived setback as a sign it’s not happening and more importantly…although we WANT the life of our dreams, in truth, we don’t feel worthy of it.

For the next week, I invite you to give ALL of YOU by:

Focusing on love, gentleness, compassion, and forgiveness for you and all those in your life.

Starting your day in gratitude. I mean before you get out of bed, perhaps before your fully awake, lay there and think about all you are grateful for right now.

Believing you are worthy of living your dreams. You are 1 person in 7 billion, uniquely talented and deserving to live your best life.

Remembering to shine bright as your brightness lights up the path for those stepping into their greatness. Your brightness does not dim others, so shine bright.

Mostly, my wish for you this week is to give your ALL to live through grace, gratitude, love, and laughter. Life is waiting for you to say YES unabashedly to living a life filled with deeper love, laughter, and happiness. Why? Because you matter and are deserving of it.

Until next time, your Allness is enough.
