Is today your birthday? Well, it is mine. Happy Birthday to ME. 😊 Even if today isn’t the actual day you took your very first breath, I encourage you to see today as a day of rebirth. A day to focus on the preciousness of life and see the magic and miracles that take place no matter how small they may seem.
So, take a deep breath with me right now and move forward by celebrating your life daily by:
Stepping deep into gratitude and appreciation. It’s easy to appreciate the big magical moments of our lives – a new job, renewed health, a new love, or any other big milestones that we strive for; however, I ask that you take a moment and write down a list of gratitude that includes things we often take for granted. Take a deep breath and be grateful for that breath. Smile as big as you can and be grateful for the many reasons you have to smile. Look around where you are right now and see all the things you have to appreciate. Live today in gratitude and appreciation.
Starting your day in wonder not worry. We all have things going on in our lives that can create strife. Today is a new day, so start it off fresh wondering what amazing experiences you will have today rather than focusing on what you might be worrying about. Live today in wonder.
Loving yourself. Start each day by thinking about the qualities you love about yourself. If you are struggling with that, keep at it. Ask yourself what qualities others compliment you about and begin to grow your self-love muscles. Live today in love.
Mostly, my wish for you is to see all the beauty in you and around you. Beauty lives in the messy parts of life too, it just requires us to take a little deeper look.
Until next time, Happy Birth Day to YOU!
Each day I am offered the opportunity to live it in LOVE.
